Rentals

We have a large selection of properties available for rent, for both long-term and holiday. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available, as well as 3 bedroom detached villas. All properties are fully furnished.

In accordance with Spanish regulation we offer our long-term rentals for 6 month contracts, renewable every 6 months. Long-term tariffs apply for rental periods longer than 3 months. Further information, including prices and availability can be provided upon request.

Property Management

If you do not consider your home in Spain your permanent residence, you may require someone to look after your property in your absence. Dolphin Properties offers a range of services that can be tailored to your specific needs and at a very competitive price.

• Key Holding: We will check your property weekly, inside and outside,check electricity, flush toilets, ventilate windows, water plants, collect post, and report any malfunctioning to you immediately.
  Yearly cost: EUR 250,00
• Normal clean: (including laundry) We will clean your property so that you or your tenant can move into a home that is spotless.
  • For 2 bed: EUR 50,00
  • For 3 bed: EUR 60,00
• Builders clean: When the builders have left and you are ready to move in, we will clean the property thoroughly and remove all the dust and dirt.
  • For 2 bed: EUR 80,00
  • For 3 bed: EUR 90,00
• Welcome package: Should you or your tenants arrive late in the evening, we can arrange for a welcome package to be available. Just call us to discuss your requirements.
